Warm up:
10 P-ups
20 J-Jacks
30 high knees
40 punches
Tabata:  20 sec on, 10 sec off  (24 min total)

Round 1:  alternating burpies & J-Jacks
Round 2:  alt. sit ups & dead bugs
Round 3:  alt mountain climbers & high knees
Round 4:  alt p-ups & supermans. (rest in childs pose)
Round 5:  alt squats & either reverse lunges or side lunges
Round 6:  alt squat jumps & inch worm walk outs
Cool down walk around house/garage etc.... 
Stretch
