  2. 24 mountain climbers
  3. 24 air punches
  4. 10 push ups
  5. 10 burpies
  6. 24 j-jacks
  7. 10 jump squats
  8. 20 plank hip twists
  9. 15 snowboard jumps
  10. 15 v-sit rows
  11. 10 spidermans
  12. 100 bicycles
